1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

The product is in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) intact.
2. Conditions for Return/Exchange

Opened products may only be returned if they are faulty or not functioning as per the manufacturer's specifications.

For online purchases, customers must notify us within 48 hours if the product was damaged during shipping or was incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
For health, safety, and copyright reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

Warranty repairs must be completed within 15 days. If not, customers have the right to request a replacement or refund.

Refunds may take up to 7–14 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error from our side.
